Everything began for this family-run business back in 1988. That's when the vision for Bri-mor Developments took hold with the bedrock of the real estate industry as its founding principles. Bri-mor Developments started off as a real estate property and asset management company. Since then, we have grown into a multi-faceted real estate organization that handles asset management, real estate development, and investments that span numerous asset classes in both the residential and commercial real estate sectors. Although the creation of Bri-mor and the values upon which it was founded now rest with Dhanani, his wife Fatima has guided the company since his unexpected passing with a commitment to celebrating the life of her late husband and carrying on his grand idea. When 1997 rolled around, Fatima decided to expand her horizons beyond asset management.
In her nearly 30 years of running Bri-mor, Fatima has accomplished numerous achievements which are both varied and vast. Fatima has spearheaded projects and managed more than 300,000 square feet and 600 residential units over that time. From the very beginning, everything Fatima has done has been guided by her devotion to her faith, family, friends, and the team she couldn't live without, which has provided support every step of the way.
Continuing the family tradition, Haider and Fatima's son, Aleem Dhanani, came onboard Bri-mor in 2008. Since then, Aleem has kept growing Bri-mor in his father's vision while working in lockstep with his mother. The two of them remain committed to the continuance of providing value to all their partners by utilizing their individual knowledge and by tapping into their collective experiences and collaborative nature.
